Investment and Loan is meant to keep registry of analytical information of all the different financial investments of the Government. 

Financial investments include investments through contracts with the issuing party, such as is the case of on-lending, capital contributions, etc. and securities bought in the open market such as shares, bonds or others.  The information stored in the register will include all the transactions related to financial investments such as acquisitions, interest or dividend proceeds and sales, also information on forecast transactions. The system should make this information available on screen and in reports.
